Right now, the machine that will be showcased at Blechexpo is being built. It’s an X-series model equipped with the latest technology. Among other things, Alphajet – the new generation cutting head for perpendicular cutting – and the PanelOne® control system, now equipped with a completely new user interface.
This fall, the operator panel PanelOne® is upgraded with a brand-new user interface: Edgecut 3. When PanelOne® was launched 15 years ago, it was unique with its simple touchscreen and smooth joystick instead of a traditional keyboard. Now, PanelOne® is being developed further with a new, more modern interface.
- Our goal from the very beginning was for PanelOne to be easy to learn and convenient to use, even for the most complex machine systems. With this upgrade, the interface is now built on .NET, and we have added over 30 new functions. Several plugins are also included as standard,” says Lennart Svensson, CEO of Water Jet Sweden.
- To make it easier for the operator, the logic and graphics in Edgecut 3 will feel familiar. The biggest difference will be in the handling experience,” Lennart explains.
At the fair, an international team from the German subsidiary and the headquarters in Sweden will be present. Experienced staff with deep technical expertise, able to assist customers in German, English, and Swedish.
